I have published a training plan which can be purchased on it’s own to provide you with a comprehensive and in depth 12 week programme. I wrote it for runners who are looking to step up from the 3 runs a week it starts with to a more rigorous programme. It is equally suited to someone coming back from injury (such as myself) or some time away from training because it includes strength work and a progressive loading structure with a rest week every 5th week. All of the workouts have been built in Training Peaks so they will upload directly to most smart watches. It is a balanced, challenging plan which wouldn’t be suited to a beginner runner, but would add value to anyone from intermediate standard upwards.
